How to make Breakfast Chorizo ( without pork)
1. Heat pan, then add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Use "Reynaldos" Soy chorizo, gluten free.
3. Stir till chorizo is cooked.
4. Add two eggs
5. Stir till eggs and chorizo are fully cooked.
6. Ready to serve... Can add beans and tortilla to add to breakfast:)
Why I prefer Soy Chorizo. Soy Chorizo is healthier, since it does not have all the fat that pork has. Also , it tastes the same, but without the saturated fat. Also its gluten free. =) Healthy Chorizo without all the fat
