The Centro provides classes and features a dynamic inter-discipinary schedule of events which includes exhibits, musical performances, installation art, readings, receptions, Azteca dance, Teatro Chican@, Ballet Folklorico, film screenings and other events. One woman, Antonia Perez, of nine artists, headed the mural painting project on the outside walls of the Centro Cultural de la Raza. Antonia Perez was responsible for two main sections.
